People who are struggling with feelings of despair, anxiety and meaninglessness seek me out. With over two decades of experience in the field, I initially seek to create a sense of safety and trust. I believe that therapy need not be humorless nor should it be interminable. I work to foster each person's autonomy and tailor the treatment to each individual. I work toward ending the process well with clients feeling a sense of mastery over formerly overwhelming memories, competency as they face the future, and heightened serenity even as they face new challenges.
