I specialize in helping high-achieving women—including professionals, caregivers, and students—manage anxiety, depression, and burnout during some of life’s most challenging transitions such as menopause. From career stress to midlife changes, I offer a space to slow down, reconnect, and regain clarity. Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted, irritable, or stuck—especially when hormones start to shift. I suffered for years with burnout and fatigue, I don't want anyone to feel the same.
