Resilience is defined as "The capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness." I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and Illini Alumni. Working with individuals from ages 5-26 and their families, I encourage exploration of personal experience using multiple treatment models. Together we find ways to increase resiliency by building a set of skills catered to your individual needs and experiences, without judgement.
