I am a psychodynamically trained LCSW-R (she/her) with a trauma-informed, integrative approach that weaves together Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, and expressive arts. I bring experience from community mental health, higher education, and special education, and work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. My clinical work is rooted in building resilience and deepening self-awareness through a relational and embodied lens. I hold certification in Integrative Trauma Treatment from NIP. As a SIFI-certified clinical supervisor, I also support the growth of developing clinicians.
