I work with adults who are 18 years of age or older. I have experience in working with anxiety, attention/concentration issues, body image issues, depression, self-worth/self-esteem and stress. I strive to meet each individual where they are at and develop treatment goals based on what the client believes will make positive changes for their lives. I believe that with the right amount of encouragement and support, everyone is capable of making positive changes. I focus on utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy as well as weaving in psychoeducation and, skills from other modalities that would be beneficial to meeting client needs. I approach clients with warmth and compassion to create a space for them to feel safe opening up without fear of judgment while working through their struggles.
