I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist who uses Schema Therapy as my primary approach. Schema Therapy, developed by Jeffrey Young, is an integrative model that helps address long-standing emotional and behavioral patterns rooted in early life experiences. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, Schema Therapy explores deeper themes that shape how we think, feel, and relate to others, creating space for meaningful and lasting change.
