I practice a therapy recommended for PTSD-related symptoms called Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). EMDR is an evidence-based practice in therapy where bilateral stimulation is used to desensitize and reprocess “stuck” negative memories influencing beliefs we have about ourselves, others and the world.
