As a nurse practitioner with dual certifications in Family Medicine and Psychiatry, I have had the privilege of serving in healthcare for over 30 years. My journey has been anything but linear, filled with diverse experiences that have deeply enriched my understanding and passion for helping those in need. Each step along the way has shaped my commitment to promoting, enhancing, and restoring balance and health to the mind, body, and soul. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive training and experience in various specialties, including Cardiology/Electrophysiology, Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine, Gastroenterology/Hepatology, ADHD, Addiction Medicine, and Integrative Medicine and Psychiatry. I am dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care that addresses the whole person.
