My work focuses on the process of acceptance and integration of aspects of ourselves that we like and those that we find challenging. We all struggle at times with self-doubt and self-worth issues. These feelings are difficult to cope with and hinder our ability to really get to know ourselves and others. Through conversation and a deep curiosity and caring about my client's, I help to broaden their understanding of themselves. My clients begin to have more authentic experiences by finding meaning in their life experiences and gaining new insights that help them achieve their personal goals.
