These times may include college, career choices, relationships, parenting, caretaking or our own aging. It is during these times when reaching out for support and guidance is so important. I am invested in working with my clients in helping them learn new tools and techniques to navigate their unique journey. This is your life - you deserve to put the focus back on you and to achieve and maintain the happiness and peace you deserve. My work with clients revolves around helping them regain and maintain their strength during times of change. I work in partnership with clients to help them move forward and explore and achieve what it is they want their next phase of life to look like. I believe strongly in educating my clients by sharing helpful and insightful articles and information.
