As New Mexico native, I understand that many people in our community have untreated trauma, anxiety, depression, and unresolved feelings about the past. I am here to help those that are looking for symptom relief. I have years of experience treating individuals and families with trauma, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. I also am well-versed in family, child parent psychotherapy, and couples counseling. I enjoy supporting individuals and families in our communities to live a happy and healthy life. My professional training began New Mexico and California. I have been educated and trained in Integral Counseling which incorporates different theories and therapeutic approaches to be tailored to each individual client. I also received extensive training in child-parent psychotherapy, couples therapy, and internationally certified in EMDR.
