As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I will work with you as you learn to overcome anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, or relationship struggles. I want to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered on your path toward healing and growth. In our counseling sessions, we will explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. As we focus on reducing symptoms, we will also work on developing greater self-awareness, resilience, and fulfillment. My practice is grounded in attachment theory and incorporates emotionally focused work. I will help you identify and understand the emotions that shape your patterns of relating to yourself and others. Together, we can work on healing old wounds and create new ways to enjoy life.
