I understand the piercing pain and trauma that stems from sexual or emotional betrayal. Infidelity can leave you feeling wholly disoriented. Reconstituting yourself in the wake of an affair takes support. Therapy can provide essential relief during a very dark period, for each partner. I provide support around other major life changes, such as navigating relationships with adult children or, equally, individuating from parents as you enter your 20's and 30's. I passionately believe that psychotherapy with a trusted therapist offers relief from the natural and very human difficulties that inevitably arise for each one of us. My approach to psychotherapy is relational and somatic. Through our relationship, we can explore the patterns and habits which you bring to all of your other relationships. Together we will think about the source of your distress and ways to reach greater equanimity. People of all ages, identities and backgrounds are very welcome.
