Hello, My name is Jennifer Bardon, a LCSW certified professional in the state of Michigan. Social work and behavioral therapy are my passions because helping others is truly what motivates and rewards me the most. Since receiving a BSW (Bachelors, Social Work) and MSW (Masters, Social Work) from Wayne State University, Detroit, nearly 6 years ago, I have been developing and practicing methods to better understand the human condition and how to modify it to help others through personal conflicts and struggles from insecurities, anxiety, depression, self esteem and so much more. Incorporating mindfulness techniques to assist clients. My focus is "You" the individual, and I encourage all my clients to help assist in utilizing and engaging in the recommended treatments thus giving them needed satisfaction in their own successes.
