Welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in helping people move past anxiety, depression, and trauma. I believe that everyone has the potential to heal and grow, and I am passionate about providing evidence-based and compassionate care to my clients. I use proven and effective modalities to help you identify, challenge and heal negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that cause you distress. My style is down-to-earth and relational. One of my favorite things is when my client’s say “I feel safe talking to you”. I am trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems. I hold certificates in Integrative Therapy, Somatics for Trauma and Nutrition for Mental Health. I also incorporate mindfulness, relaxation, and coping skills into my sessions.
