A straightforward approach is necessary in order to promote lasting change. My goal as your therapist is to create a comfortable environment for you to identify and express your thoughts and feelings. I have worked in the mental health field for 15+ years, and with my knowledge and experience I will help guide you to the solutions you need in a direct and genuine way. I utilize a variety of approaches supplemented by training in EMDR, CBT, and DBT to assist you in developing your strengths and working through your challenges. I am also an Approved Clinical Supervisor and provide licensure supervision to tLMHC, tLMFT, and LMSW. I enjoy working with adults and I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, the impacts of trauma, and other life transitions. I am a kink aware, and sex positive therapist who maintains an open-minded approach. I am supportive of traditional, and non-traditional relationships.
