My journey into therapy began when my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD at a young age. As I learned more about how to support her, I realized how meaningful it would be to help others navigate similar challenges. That experience inspired me to become the kind of therapist I had wanted for her—someone who listens deeply, meets clients where they are, and helps them feel truly understood. What I love most about being a therapist is connecting with people from all walks of life.
