Hi, I’m Jenn - and I'm currently welcoming new clients in CA & NYC. You may feel like you’ve been holding a lot for a long time – old trauma that lives in your body, a feeling of stuckness, patterns that repeat in relationships, or a constant feeling of being “too much” or “not enough”. I specialize in trauma, addictions, relationships, substance use, identity & sexuality, eating disorders, BPD & ADHD. I have a deep commitment to working with the LGBQ+ community as well as Trans & gender-diverse folx. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, & grounded in your unique needs.
