Hi! I am Jennifer Bolton and I am enthusiastic about working with clients navigating the various challenges in their lives. I am passionate about working with individuals aged 16+ who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, or life transitions. My specific interests include, transitioning into motherhood/Motherhood challenges, building bridges between parents and their children, aiding families with transitioning elderly loved ones outside of the home, relational difficulties, communication skills, establishing boundaries, depression, anxiety, trauma, and life Transitions over age 16.
