I enjoy supporting people at all stages of life, from starting college to starting a family, to retiring. I have been a therapist for over 20 years, & currently balance parenting, career, & a busy family. I help new moms dealing with postpartum depression or anxiety and parents dealing with stages of parenting from infants & toddlers to big kids, tweens & teens, to launching young adults. I can help those adjusting to an empty nest or sandwiched between caring for kids and caring for their own aging parents. I can also help young adults adjust to college, especially with ADHD who struggle with executive functioning. My areas of specialty include perinatal mood and anxiety disorders: assisting those in various life transitions like starting college, divorce, grief and loss; parenting throughout the lifespan; assisting caregivers with stress; and assisting individuals suffering from stress, anxiety, ADHD & depression. I work using a supportive and compassionate approach.
