It can be very difficult to take the first step to start counseling. My goal is to provide a warm and safe environment in which people can talk honestly about their concerns. Whether you are going through a transition and looking for extra support or are just beginning to contemplate change and want to explore patterns of behavior that are no longer effective, I start there and go at your pace. I work with people to identify areas where they would like to see growth and change in their lives.
