Not accepting new clients at this time. Sometimes we may feel stuck. Sometimes life can become overwhelming. Sometimes we have deep emotional wounds that have long limited our ability to experience peace, joy, fulfillment, connection, and love. Sometimes we just need someone to listen, be supportive, and offer another perspective. According to Kristin Neff, "The only way to eventually free ourselves from debilitating pain is to be with it as it is. The only way out is through."
