I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and cultures who are curious about themselves and open to exploration. I appreciate the courage it takes to start therapy and engage in the process of therapy even if it is difficult at times. My areas of interest and expertise include grief/loss and helping people navigate life changes whether it be difficulty in "adulting", becoming parents, aging concerns or end of life issues. I also enjoy helping people build self-confidence and self-acceptance.
