Accepting new clients. You've worked hard to hold things together, but lately your body and emotions feel like they're running the show. Tension, fatigue, or sudden waves of emotion seem to come out of nowhere. You may notice yourself avoiding certain people or places, struggling to relax, or feeling constantly on alert. These reactions can feel confusing and isolating, especially when others don't understand that difficult experiences leave lasting imprints—not just in your mind, but in your body too. I offer psychotherapy informed by somatic and yoga therapy principles, helping you work through what your body is holding onto. Every client brings a unique story and receives individualized care. Sessions blend talk therapy with somatic tools—breath work, body awareness, and/or simple yoga practices—to regulate your nervous system. Together, we'll find the best tools for you to recognize and manage your responses, making sense of why your past is still alive in your body and mind
