I work with adults who feel trapped in cycles of unhealthy thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues and often feel overwhelmed by their past experiences. They need effective tools and a safe space to explore their emotions. Goals include achieving emotional resilience, improving self-awareness, and developing healthier coping strategies. They want to reclaim their lives and foster a sense of balance. With my experience in psychotherapy, personal fitness training, and as a Reiki Master, I address their mind, body, and spirit for holistic healing.
