My goal as your therapist is to apply a combination of safety, compassion and clinical expertise to empower you to heal and reach your greatest potential. I enjoy working with people from a broad diversity of histories and identities. All are safe and welcome here. I specialize in counseling adults experiencing acute stress, trauma, anxiety, panic, OCD, and the effects of growing up in dysfunctional family settings (ACA).
