My mission is to help you stop trying to fit into a box that wasn't built for you; your neurodiversity is an identity, not a problem. I work with adults navigating ADHD, autism, and life transitions. My sessions blend skill-building with self-discovery to help you quiet the noise of anxiety and find your community. We move past the "shoulds" of the world to build a life that actually fits your brain. Together, we’ll focus on your own internal strengths and authentic personal growth.
