I welcome individuals 18 and older facing life’s challenges—internal and external—including trauma, grief, and unhelpful coping patterns. I strive to help each person find clarity, agency, and healing. My approach integrates attachment, and trauma theories. I offer EMDR among other treatments and strive to provide a space that is creative, compassionate, and collaborative.
