With one of my favorite quotes being, “grow through what you go through,” I consider myself to be a great match for clients who want to learn, gain insight, heal, cope, and find meaning in the midst of pain, worry, confusion, or challenges. I am a clinical therapist, career coach, and faculty member. I assist adolescents, adults, and seniors with a wide range of concerns including, but not limited to: mood, relationships, trauma, life transitions and adjustments, stress, low self-esteem, occupational and workplace concerns, stressors associated with cultural issues, and grief and loss.
