As a second-generation, Asian-American female, I am passionate about the journey of identity formation, self-empowerment, and strength-building to understand where we come from, how key individuals have shaped the narratives of our worldviews, and how to recognize which of those beliefs are no longer serving us in our adulthood. Through building self-awareness, identifying our needs, putting it into practice, we can heal those wounds trapped inside our bodies that show up as anxiety, depression, and more.
