Everyone deserves a warm, accepting, and safe environment to process their struggles. I offer hope and healing from the pain of being stuck in dysfunctional behavioral patterns and unwanted, compulsive choices. I love working people who have substance abuse issues, codependency, anxiety, past and current trauma, as well as family conflict. I have specialized training in a neurological modality called Brainspotting, which works to resolve recent traumas, as well as those from the past. When combined with an empathetic presence and positive coping skills, clients find deep, permanent resolution of their symptoms, often at a faster rate than traditional talk therapies.
