My therapy sessions are designed to promote personal growth as defined by you. I believe that emotional and behavioral challenges are a result of our brains not working in a way that helps us achieve our goals. In therapy you will learn ways to help your brain heal and learn how to cope with daily challenges. I have specialized in working with youth and adults and enjoy the many stages of life. I enjoy using humor and fun to connect and promote healing. I work with clients through play, mindfulness, examining faulty or unhelpful beliefs, gradual exposure, and working on finding support and connection.
