“Old age ain’t no place for sissies.” Who knew Bette Davis was a skilled psychotherapist with all the answers? For those of us who need a little more than Ms. Davis’ sage advice, I’m here. I have spent my entire career working with older adults and their families. Many of my clients struggle with redefining themselves in the setting of physical, cognitive, or familial changes. Utilizing a variety of modalities, we will work together on developing a healthy and productive way to achieve goals. I cannot promise my clients’ years will be golden, but together we will make them shine. Additionally I support caregivers in their journey.
