Sometimes we need someone to believe in us before we can believe in ourselves. My commitment is to provide comprehensive mental health services to my patients in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Therapy, while hard work, does not need to be intimidating, you will set a pace that is comfortable for you. Additionally, my use of humor provides some important levity in our work together. I believe in empowering my patients to reach their fullest potential by providing them with the tools they need to better help themselves.
