Finding the right counselor can feel overwhelming, so I offer a free consultation call to help you decide if we are the right fit. Many of the people I work with are gifted or neurodiverse, and may feel misunderstood or overwhelmed by their inner world. Others are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. You may be wrestling with perfectionism, identity questions, or simply carrying more than feels manageable. My hope is to offer a safe space where you can find relief, resilience, and clarity.
