My expertise is in healing the wounds of Sexual Trauma. My typical clients experience difficulty in intimate relationships, deep shame, nightmares, flashbacks, anxiety, panic, and painful memories that they try to push away. My priority is to provide a safe, nurturing relationship with my clients to help calm the nervous system, and establish deep trust and connection. Working with complex PTSD is a delicate process to be experienced in a solid therapeutic relationship. I work with individuals, couples and families with traumatic backgrounds.
