I am a clinical social worker with over 30 years experience. I work with a wide variety of clientele incl. those with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, life changes. My goal is to help you be the best version of yourself. I ask the tough questions, challenge you to learn and grow, be more self aware, make healthy decisions, learn effective coping and communication skills, so you become your “own therapist.”
