I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping teens and adults address past trauma and life stressors. My focus is on helping others heal from past trauma rather than merely coping with these experiences. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, eating disorders, body-image issues, poor self-esteem, and family-of-origin issues. I completed my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Huntington University and am currently obtaining my Ph.D. in International Psychology.
