I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, eating issues, grief/loss, relationships, spiritual/existential conflicts and stress. My approach is compassionate and interactive, and I strive to create a collaborative and nonjudgemental space to face things that are difficult. I also take into account the unavoidable ways in which the mind and body interact and offer somatic and experiential therapies as needed. My approach is warm and compassionate, and also transparent and direct. I have training in relational and trauma-informed perspectives, as well as Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral therapies. I am certified in Yoga-Informed Psychotherapy, and can help you to see connections between the mind and body when appropriate.
