I believe that true healing has to incorporate the whole person. If you have experienced trauma or just feel stuck in your life, talk therapy may only get you part of the way. By allowing healing to take place on different levels of our consciousness, we can truly heal. I incorporate neuroscience and brain functioning, emotional regulation, and body-focused therapy to provide a holistic healing approach. I also do EMDR.
