My path to becoming a mental health therapist has been a journey that started young. I am drawn to the ways that anxiety, attachments, neurodiversity and trauma shapes behavioral patterns, relationships, and sense of identity. My curiosity has grown into a deep commitment to helping others heal. I’ve worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, addiction, depression, grief and relationship challenges. I’ve seen firsthand how transformative it is to address trauma at the core. When people begin to heal from within, they gain the tools to cope, grow, and create more fulfilling lives—both individually and in their relationships.
