Addiction can effect anyone and will eventually impact all areas of life without help, but healing is possible. I specialize in treating all addictive disorders, including substance use, behavioral, gambling, relationship, co-occurring, gaming/internet, porn, and sexual addictions. I work with clients seeking support at any stage of their addiction and mental health challenges and also work with couples/families. I offer a collaborative and integrative approach to assist clients in meeting both therapeutic and life goals while supporting and empowering their efforts and ability to do so. Therapy is a personal and unique process for everyone. I work with my clients to develop a specialized and individualized treatment plan to assist them in meeting their goals of recovery. I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions and approaches based on the individual needs and strengths of each client. I am EMDR trained and trauma informed.
