A deeper understanding of self and self in the world. Therapy is a path of exploration and self discovery that we walk together with our clients. Trust, safety and non-judgement are tenets that guide my work in helping clients reach a more empowered place to more effectively navigate the complexities of life. Using a collaborative approach I provide clients the space to explore their feelings, beliefs and motivations in order for them to better understand themselves and their role in interpersonal relationships. I can help clients function and relate more effectively, especially in navigating the many transitional phases of life.
