My client base ranges from adolescents, ages 14+, to adults of many diverse backgrounds. My professional opportunities have allowed me to work within a variation of mental health areas and support of life transitions. I am comfortable in areas of mood disorders, eating disorders, body image distortion, trauma experiences, family systems, substance misuse, grief, and overall self-concept. My passion is helping others unravel those pieces that interfere with their emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing while uncovering strategies to find joy and value in their life story.
