Hello, my name is Jennifer Delgadillo and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 5 years of experience helping clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorder, and helping them to heal from traumatic experiences. I work with the young adult population and teenagers. I am comfortable working with veterans. I use Cognitive Behavior therapy and have been trained in trauma, and Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT). I provide a holding environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their emotions and processing maladaptive behaviors.
