I believe that each of us is capable, sometimes with a little guidance, of making our own best decisions, and that each of us is responsible for our own path in life. This means that as a counselor, I work closely with my clients to decide on the best course of therapy. My work focuses on helping people free themselves from pain and the feeling of being "stuck" that keeps them from moving in a forward direction.
