I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in anxiety, stress management, addiction & recovery, work-related issues and life transitions. I use a compassionate, solution-focused approach to support you as you gain insight, develop goals and create the mental and emotional shifts needed to feel balanced and aligned with your purpose. I am also trained in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) a technique for treating current distress as well as any history of trauma that can quickly help unlock and process emotions that are often not accessible through traditional talk therapy.
