My ideal client is someone who is seeking support to navigate emotional or behavioral challenges that are impacting their daily life—whether it's struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or the effects of ADHD. They may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and are motivated to make meaningful changes. Many of my clients are children or adolescents, but I also work with individuals across the lifespan who are striving for emotional growth and greater life satisfaction. What they want is to feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to improve their mood, relationships, and overall well-being.
