I opened Dunsdon Counseling, LLC in 2022 to offer mental health services in Independence, MO and the surrounding area. I graduated from UMKC in 2012 with my Master’s Degree in Social Work. I have been practicing as a therapist for almost 10 years. I work with individual adults ages 18+. I use an individualized approach, focusing treatment on the need of each client. I believe in the worth of all persons and value each person's unique life experience. I specialize in issues related to anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, PTSD, parenting stresses/parenting skills, grief and other general life struggles and challenges.
