Hi there, I'm Jennifer! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and I am here to help. I take an eclectic approach with my clients, using a client centered approach, meeting my client where they are at, but also believe that a cognitive behavioral approach is an effective form of therapy. If we focus on changing our intrusive thoughts, our behaviors and ultimately outlook on life and situations will change. I look forward to working with you. We work together to set goals; we are a team. We will set goals early in treatment and will evaluate those goals regularly as we proceed.
